It is with great excitement and enthusiasm that I announce the kickoff of my re-election campaign for Riverside Unified School District Board of Education, Trustee Area 5. I invite you to support my campaign by providing your endorsement, displaying a yard sign, volunteering your time, and making a donation.
When I was elected in 2013 it was with the promise to raise graduation rates, increase college and career preparedness, and to reduce class sizes. I agreed to offer fresh ideas and a new perspective on how to address the many challenges our district faces in educating our youth. Since elected, I have offered innovative insights and solutions to ensure that our schools are offering the education necessary for our youth to succeed in an ever-competitive environment.
My wife, Ana, and I are products and proud graduates of Riverside Unified schools. I attended Washington Elementary, Gage Middle School and Poly High School. As the dad to Henry (6th grade), Felix (5th grade), and Amelia-Bea (3rd grade) there is nothing more important to me than providing opportunities for my kids and all of our students to succeed. I want to provide today’s students with the best education possible to guarantee they strive for excellence.
As a parent, a life long Riversider, business owner, and community leader I have the experience, skill set, and perspective to continue to represent and advocate on behalf of our community’s most treasured asset, our youth!
It would be my great honor to continue to serve as your representative for our schools.
